It is assumed that cooperation and coordination are strongly promoted in the workplace. The development of divisions within the organization increases the effectiveness of the firmââ¬â¢s control over its activities. As for the firmââ¬â¢s organizational culture, there are some points that need to be highligh ted. All business activities are developed in accordance with the Corporate Governance Framework and the Code of Ethics ââ¬â as presented in the firmââ¬â¢s website. In accordance with the corporate website, the corporate governance is based on the following principles: ââ¬Ëquality, value, service, innovation and trustââ¬â¢ (corporate website, governance framework, 2009). A characteristic element of the firmââ¬â¢s governance is the use of the so-called ââ¬Ëplan ââ¬â Aââ¬â¢ which aims to align all corporate activities with the environmental needs ââ¬â promotion of sustainability through the business operations. In other words, corporate culture is based on the following values: application of corporate and social ethics and protection of the environment. 1b.
